To confirm and process your orders (for example, your name, address, date of birth, and bank information) (for online payments.)
The ability to send text message delivery status updates (e.g., your mobile phone number)
To send you marketing materials such as newsletters and catalogues (e.g., your email address, your name, and your postal address)
To be able to contact you if there is an issue with the delivery of your items (e.g., telephone number, address)
To allow us to respond to your inquiries and notify you of new or changed services (e.g., your email address)
If damaged or incorrect items are delivered, please provide the following information to our customer care services for further evaluation:

If this information is not provided, we reserve the right to refuse compensation or refund for damaged articles.
Orders that have been dispatched or processed cannot be cancelled or edited.
If a quality issue is discovered while dispatching your order, Iqra Khalid will remove the offending items from your original order. Only items excluded from the order will be refunded, not the entire order value.
If the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, Iqra Khalid is not obligated to refund or compensate for the order amount.
