ORDER

How can I Place an order?

Choose your products from the iqrakhalid.com.pk website and click the Add to Bag button. Once you've added all your desired items to your Shopping Bag, proceed as follows:

  • Click the 'Shopping Bag' button to proceed to the checkout page.
  • Proceed to checkout
  • After entering all your required shipping and billing information. You will be contacted by phone to confirm and proceed with your order. A Sales Order Summary will be sent to you via email.

How do I search for an item on the website?

Click on the search icon on the top right of the website. Enter the name of article you are looking for and press Enter on your keyboard.

Can I reserve my Order online?

Unfortunately, you cannot reserve your Order online.

How will I know if Iqra Khalid Studio has received my Order?

You will get a call to confirm and process your order. or The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is also a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please Contact Customer Services.

Can I modify an Order after placing it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes if the Order has been placed. However, if your Order has not been Processed, you can cancel it and place a new Order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the item is shipped. We typically ship orders by 4 pm on the next working day after the order is placed.

How can I check the status of my Order?

You will receive updates once your order has been processed, confirmed or out for delivery via text or email or call.

PAYMENTS

How can I pay for my Order?

You can pay for your Order via three payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery – available nationwide only.
  • Online Payment – bank transfer to a given specific bank account.

What are the conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

To avail COD, please follow these instructions.

  • At checkout, select ‘Cash on Delivery'.
  • Upon the courier’s arrival, check for the original receipt and pay only the amount mentioned on that receipt in cash.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

What is the delivery time for my Order?

Timely delivery is subject to availability of stock and products. Your Order should be delivered within *12-15 days for all cities across Pakistan.

What are the delivery charges for local Orders?

Rs. 250/- delivery charges for orders in Karachi Rs. 350/- delivery charges for orders outside Karachi

Are Delivery charges included in the price of the article?

Delivery charges are not included in the price of the article. Delivery charges are calculated on checkouts before payment.

Which courier service do you use?

We use Swfyt Logistics

Can I ship my order outside Pakistan?

As of now, we are only operating within Pakistan.

What should I do if I have missed my delivery?

Our courier delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, state, and city while placing an Order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, your order will be cancelled. If you have already paid for this order, your payment will be refunded within 10 days of order cancellation.

Can I get the Shipping or Billing Address of an Order changed after it has been processed?

Yes. Within 6-8 hours of placing the order.

What is thedifference between “Order ID” and “Tracking ID”?

Your Order ID is used to identify your Order and will be a part of the Order Sales Summary email. Once your Order has been dispatched, your Tracking ID will be sent to you via our courier partner or you may find it in our Track your Order page.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it.

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
